Terms & Conditions of Booking
Please take a moment to look at our Terms and Conditions before making your booking. By making a booking through our online system, you are confirming that you have read and understood the below.
Allergies and dietary requirements
We aim to cater for the main allergen groups, however we ask that you let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements before your visit. You can add dietary information for each person included in your booking via your Customer Account after making your reservation by selecting Manage Booking.
Please be advised that our kitchen handles ingredients containing the main fourteen allergens and therefore we can not eliminate the risk of cross contamination.
Safety on the Farm
During your visit we hope that you’ll take a good look around and enjoy our surroundings, however we ask that you please remember that we are also a working farm with livestock and farm machinery. There is uneven ground, barbed wire, electric fencing, a pond and an unfenced stream so we ask that you explore the grounds cautiously and with respect. We have signs and maps to guide you around the site and you’ll see our staff moving around the farm (both on foot and on farm machinery) who are always very happy to explain what we’re growing and rearing or answer any questions you may have.
Dogs
Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs onto the farm, in our restaurant or in our accommodation, except for certified assistance dogs.
Children at Nancarrow
We welcome children to Nancarrow and take great pleasure in seeing them enjoy the surroundings. Children must be supervised at all times and we ask parents or guardians to take full responsibility for their children’s behaviour and welfare whilst on the farm. We cannot accept any liability for damages or injury sustained.
We are happy to welcome babies and children of all ages at Sunday lunches and Courtyard lunches. Children are also welcome to join Farm Suppers (early sitting is best) and if they require a meal, a full price ticket will need to be purchased for each child (same set menu as the adults). There is no charge for any child attending who is under 3 years of age and doesn’t require a meal, it would just be useful to know they are coming so we can prepare seating accordingly.
Our Farm Feasts are tailored towards adults or children aged 12 years or over and a full price ticket is required for each seat.
Babies are welcome to stay for dinner, bed & breakfast and don’t incur an extra charge but please do let us know in advance. Children aged 3 years or older, may be able to stay but please do contact us before booking.

In order to confirm a reservation for a Sunday lunch, Feast, Supper or Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, we ask for the full payment upon booking. This helps us prepare the right ingredients and limit food waste.
Payment can be made securely through our online bookings website. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
