Every day is different here at Nancarrow; whether it involves welcoming a wedding party or dinner guests, tending to the animals or kitchen garden, sharing ideas over lunch at the team staff table, or scouring the hedgerows for wild ingredients.

Our take on ‘hospitality’ reflects the fact that we are a working family farm, and therefore is something quite special – both for our guests and for our team.

We pride ourselves on offering a warm welcome and a professional experience for guests, and a distinctly different working environment for every member of the Nancarrow team.

Current Positions

EVENTS MANAGER & ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

The Event Manager & Assistant Restaurant Manager is a varied, hands-on role combining wedding & event coordination and delivery, and operational support for the Restaurant Manager across our restaurant activities including lunches, suppers, feasts.

This role takes ownership of event delivery from planning through to execution, ensuring weddings and events are delivered seamlessly and to a consistently high standard. Working closely with line managers, the Event Manager & Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our diverse and unique events portfolio. Acting as a key point of contact for wedding couples and guests, this role liaises closely with the kitchen team and oversees Front of House teams to ensure service is consistently high-quality, welcoming and well organised.

This is a highly customer-facing position that requires a proactive, practical approach. The role involves regular outdoor working throughout the year and hands-on involvement in event set-up, delivery and breakdown, alongside contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.

CHEF – FULL TIME OR PART TIME

We are looking to grow our kitchen team and would like to hear from anyone with experience in a busy catering environment and a passion for excellence. The right person is key – this role can be flexible to suit skills, interests and qualifications.
