Join us for a picnic on the farm! We’ll be opening our gates and inviting guests to enjoy the outdoors with a special feast from the comfort of your own picnic blanket or at one of our trestle tables, set around our beautiful farm and barns.
We’ll provide a tasty selection of food and drink (all served in take away containers) for you to enjoy at on the farm or to take home. Guest numbers will be limited and arrival/collection times staggered to ensure everyone has enough space to be safe and to relax.
You bring your own blanket, crockery, cutlery and cups – a selection of take away drinks will be available. We’ll provide hampers, which are fully loaded and ready at your chosen collection time. We cater for all dietary requirements, please specify at the time of booking or email heather@nancarrowfarm.co.uk at least 3 days before the event.
You’ll be able to take a stroll along our wildlife corridor, see some of our farm animals and listen to the hum of our wild bees!

- Pre-booking is essential.
- We request that guests adhere to the Governments rules regarding socialising with others and other households.
- This is an outdoor event and we will be following the hospitality guidelines for take away food and drink set by the Government.
- Hampers are based on a minimum of 2 adults. Please select hamper/ collection time then add any children or additional adults. A limit of 6 people per hamper applies.
- Hampers will be portioned according to the number of people in a single booking and the menu is designed for sharing.
- Children’s will receive a half portion of food.
- To help stagger the arrival of guests, please aim to arrive within one hour of your collection time to explore and get settled. For example, if your collection time is 12noon, please arrive after 11am.

We’ll provide a tasty selection of food and drink (all served in take away containers) for you to enjoy at on the farm or to take home. Guest numbers will be limited and arrival/collection times staggered to ensure everyone has enough space to be safe and to relax.
You bring your own blanket, crockery, cutlery and cups – a selection of take away drinks will be available. The menu is yet to be confirmed but we’ll provide hampers, which are fully loaded and ready at your chosen collection time. We cater for all dietary requirements, please specify at the time of booking or email heather@nancarrowfarm.co.uk at least 3 days before the event.
You’ll be able to take a stroll along our wildlife corridor, see some of our farm animals and listen to the hum of our wild bees!

The Huts are positioned in our Orchard so there’s space to take in the fresh air & views of the valley.
Each Hut has a double bed, breakfast bar & vanity sink. There are shared bathroom facilities just a short walk away. The price is for two people to stay & eat (one hut, two guests). It includes all linen, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities & on-site parking. Arrive from 3pm on Friday & stay until 11am on Saturday.
A table for two at our Farm Supper on Friday evening is included (choose our early or late sitting) plus a full cooked breakfast on Saturday morning. All dietary requirements are catered for, please let us know when making your booking.
There will be plenty of space to social distance from other guests staying & time to take a wander (in your wellies) before your meal or before you check-out.

Our Oak Barn will be the ideal setting with roaring log burner and live music playing in the background. The full menu is to be confirmed but you can expect all your favourites and our home-reared organic meat. We cater for all dietary requirements, please notify us via the ‘notes’ section when booking or via email (heather@nancarrowfarm.co.uk) at least 3 days before the event..
There will be time to wander around the farm and gardens plus guest numbers are limited and the day is divided into three sittings to ensure everyone has enough space to be safe and to relax.

Join us for a picnic on the farm! We’ll be opening our gates and inviting guests to enjoy the outdoors with a special feast from the comfort of your own picnic blanket or at one of our trestle tables, set around our beautiful farm and barns.
We’ll provide a tasty selection of food and drink (all served in take away containers) for you to enjoy at on the farm or to take home. Guest numbers will be limited and arrival/collection times staggered to ensure everyone has enough space to be safe and to relax.
You bring your own blanket, crockery, cutlery and cups – a selection of take away drinks will be available. The menu is yet to be confirmed but we’ll provide hampers, which are fully loaded and ready at your chosen collection time. We cater for all dietary requirements, please specify at the time of booking or email heather@nancarrowfarm.co.uk at least 3 days before the event.
You’ll be able to take a stroll along our wildlife corridor, see some of our farm animals and listen to the hum of our wild bees!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
- Pre-booking is essential.
- We request that guests adhere to the Governments rules regarding socialising with others and other households.
- This is an outdoor event and we will be following the hospitality guidelines for take away food and drink set by the Government.
- Hampers are based on a minimum of 2 adults. Please select hamper/ collection time then add any children or additional adults. A limit of 6 people per hamper applies.
- Hampers will be portioned according to the number of people in a single booking and the menu is designed for sharing.
- Children’s will receive a half portion of food.
- To help stagger the arrival of guests, please aim to arrive within one hour of your collection time to explore and get settled. For example, if your collection time is 12noon, please arrive after 11am.
- We will be running the event with a small number of kitchen and front of house staff who will be wearing face masks and maintaining at least a 1 metre distance from each other and guests.
- One ways systems will be in place to help guide guests around the site safely.
- The toilets will be open for customer use. Please follow the guidelines outlined on the day.
- Hand sanitiser stations and pumps will be available around the site for customers to use.
- The picnic will be served in single use, compostable/recyclable packaging. Please bring your own plates, knives & forks, serving spoon and cups.
- There will be a small selection of take away drinks available to purchase on the day (card payment only please). This event is not BYO.

The Huts are positioned in our Orchard so there’s space to take in the fresh air & views of the valley.
Each Hut has a double bed, breakfast bar & vanity sink. There are shared bathroom facilities just a short walk away. The price is for two people to stay & eat (one hut, two guests). It includes all linen, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities & on-site parking. Arrive from 3pm on Saturday & stay until 11am on Sunday.
A table for two at our Farm Supper on Saturday evening is included (8pm sitting) plus a full cooked breakfast on Sunday morning. All dietary requirements are catered for, please let us know when making your booking.

We’re delighted to be able to offer two new Shepherds Huts this Summer, available for one night’s stay. Hand built on the farm using reclaimed materials, each Hut is unique & beautifully finished. The Huts are positioned in our Orchard so there’s space to take in the fresh air & views of the valley.
Each Hut has a double bed, breakfast bar & vanity sink. There are shared bathroom facilities just a short walk away. The price is for two people to stay & eat (one hut, two guests). It includes all linen, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities & on-site parking. Arrive from 3pm on Friday & stay until 11am on Saturday.
A table for two at our Farm Supper on Friday evening is included (5.30pm or 8pm sitting) plus a full cooked breakfast on Saturday morning. All dietary requirements are catered for, please let us know when making your booking.
There will be plenty of space to social distance from other guests staying & time to take a wander (in your wellies) before your meal or before you check-out.
UPDATED COVID SAFETY REGULATIONS:
- By law, guests can only visit in groups of up to 6 people.
- Guests are required to wear face coverings, apart from when sat at their table.
- Our venue will close at 11pm when guests staying will be asked to return to their bedrooms.
- You will be asked to remain at your table whilst consuming any food or drink.
- We may require your table back after 2 hours in order to sit other bookings however our other barns will be open to sit and finish your drinks.

Our Farm Suppers are the new way we feast on the farm. Set in our Oak Barn, with well spaced tables, roaring wood burner and pretty backdrop of our Millpond, it’s a chance to enjoy an evening of good food with family and friends.
The full menu is to be confirmed but you can expect homemade bread plus 3 courses. We cater for all dietary requirements, please notify us via the ‘notes’ section when booking or via email (heather@nancarrowfarm.co.uk) at least 3 days before the event.
Guest numbers are limited and the evening is divided into two sittings to ensure everyone has enough space to be safe and to relax. Full table service is provided.

Join us for a picnic on the farm! We’ll be opening our gates and inviting guests to enjoy the outdoors with a special feast from the comfort of your own picnic blanket or at one of our trestle tables, set around our beautiful farm and barns.
We’ll provide a tasty selection of food and drink (all served in take away containers) for you to enjoy at on the farm or to take home. Guest numbers will be limited and arrival/collection times staggered to ensure everyone has enough space to be safe and to relax.
You bring your own blanket, crockery, cutlery and cups – a selection of take away drinks will be available. The menu is yet to be confirmed but we’ll provide hampers, which are fully loaded and ready at your chosen collection time. We cater for all dietary requirements, please specify at the time of booking or email heather@nancarrowfarm.co.uk at least 3 days before the event.
You’ll be able to take a stroll along our wildlife corridor, see some of our farm animals and listen to the hum of our wild bees!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
- Pre-booking is essential.
- We request that guests adhere to the Governments rules regarding socialising with others and other households.
- This is an outdoor event and we will be following the hospitality guidelines for take away food and drink set by the Government.
- Hampers are based on a minimum of 2 adults. Please select hamper/ collection time then add any children or additional adults. A limit of 6 people per hamper applies.
- Hampers will be portioned according to the number of people in a single booking and the menu is designed for sharing.
- Children’s will receive a half portion of food.
- To help stagger the arrival of guests, please aim to arrive within one hour of your collection time to explore and get settled. For example, if your collection time is 12noon, please arrive after 11am.
- We will be running the event with a small number of kitchen and front of house staff who will be wearing face masks and maintaining at least a 1 metre distance from each other and guests.
- One ways systems will be in place to help guide guests around the site safely.
- The toilets will be open for customer use. Please follow the guidelines outlined on the day.
- Hand sanitiser stations and pumps will be available around the site for customers to use.
- The picnic will be served in single use, compostable/recyclable packaging. Please bring your own plates, knives & forks, serving spoon and cups.
- There will be a small selection of take away drinks available to purchase on the day (card payment only please). This event is not BYO.
