Prime Supper at Nancarrow

Set in our welcoming Oak Barn, you’ll have your own table for dinner at one of two sittings. It’s a chance to enjoy an evening of good food with family and friends.

The set menu for the evening is to be confirmed but you can expect farmhouse bread plus three courses – the main course will feature our home-reared Prime beef and we’ll always use what’s best in season that can be sourced locally.

You’re welcome to have a pre or post dinner drink outside by our Pond.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Due to the size of our dining tables and our style of service, the maximum capacity per table is 6 adults. We may be able to accommodate larger groups, please contact us before booking. 
• Pre-booking is essential. To help us prepare the right ingredients and limit food waste, we ask for full payment for your meal in advance.
• Each ticket includes a £5 booking fee which is non-refundable as this goes towards administration costs and payment provider fees. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel and would appreciate as much notice as possible. Cancellations over one week in advance will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Any cancellations made less than one week in advance may be eligible for a partial refund if we are able to resell the tickets.
• After booking via our website, please check your confirmation email immediately and notify us if any details are incorrect.
• There will be a vegetarian/vegan option available and we aim to cater for the main allergen groups, however please contact us before booking if you have any severe allergies or intolerances. Please be advised that our kitchen handles ingredients containing the main fourteen allergens and therefore we can not eliminate the risk of cross contamination. In all cases, we require prior notification so please mention when making your booking or contact us prior to the event to inform us of your needs.
• Children are welcome but please note, a full price ticket will need to be purchased unless they are under 3 years old and don’t require a meal. It would be helpful if you can let us know how many children are attending so we can ensure a seat or highchair is prepared.
• Our bar will be open and we accept card or contactless payments only please. Please note, this is not a BYO event.
• Please note, an optional 10% service charge (based on your ticket price) will be added to your bill at the end of the evening. This is shared equally with the whole team working on the night. 
• Physical tickets are not issued; you will be asked for your booking name on arrival.
• Sorry, we don’t allow dogs on the farm.
