Dinner, Bed & Breakfast

We’re delighted to be able to offer a small number of bedrooms and Shepherd’s Huts which are available to book for an overnight stay.

Available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10:30am the following day with a table for two at our Farm Supper on the evening of your stay included (choose between 5.30pm or 8pm, no need to book separately). The price is for two adults to stay and includes dinner and breakfast (one room, two guests).

Our Farm Suppers are the new way we feast on the farm. Set in our Oak Barn with well spaced tables across two sittings, a roaring fire and live music, it’s a chance to enjoy an evening of good food and a unique setting. The set menu is to be confirmed but you can expect farmhouse bread plus three courses – the main course will feature our home-reared organic beef or lamb  and we’ll always use what’s best in season that can be sourced locally. 

There will be plenty of space to relax, sit by the fire and time to take a wander around the farm (in your wellies) before your meal or after breakfast.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Pre-booking is essential. To reserve your room and to help us prepare the right ingredients and limit food waste, we ask for full payment in advance.
• Each room has it’s own individual style. All rooms have a TV or radio. WiFi is available at the venue but not in all bedrooms and due to our rural location, service can be limited. Please contact us if you have any special requests for your stay.
• Our Suite’s have a seating area in addition to the bedroom. One of our Suite’s has a mezzanine bedroom therefore restricted head height.
• Hand built on the farm using reclaimed materials, each Shepherd’s Hut is unique and& beautifully finished. The Huts are positioned in our Orchard so there’s space to take in the fresh air and views of the valley. Each Hut has a double bed, breakfast bar and vanity sink. There are shared bathroom facilities just a short walk away.
• Each reservation includes a 10% booking fee which is non-refundable as this goes towards administration costs and payment provider fees. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel and would appreciate as much notice as possible. Cancellations over one week in advance will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Any cancellations made less than one week in advance may be eligible for a partial refund if we are able to resell the room.
• Babies are welcome to stay however we are unable to provide a cot or bedding. There is one Suite which can accommodate older children however there would be an additional cost for meals and linen. Please contact us before booking.
• After booking via our website, please check your confirmation email immediately and notify us if any details are incorrect.
• We cater for all dietary requirements and there will be a vegetarian/vegan option available on request. Please include your requirements when making your booking or contact us prior to the event.
• Linen, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities and on-site parking are also included.
• Our bar will be open and we accept card or contactless payments only please. Please note, this is not a BYO event.
• Please bring your wellies if you’d like to take a walk on our farm during your stay.
• Sorry, we do not allow dogs on the farm.

COVID-19:

• Our team are taking regular lateral flow tests and test before each event. The tables are wiped with antibacterial spray and the dining space in well ventilated during and between sittings.
• For guests staying, there are several options of places to sit both indoors and outdoors ensuring everyone has space to relax.
• Hand sanitiser stations and pumps will be available around the site for customers to use. Please wash or sanitise your hands regularly.  
• Please do not attend the event if you have tested positive and contact us as soon as possible.
